Workshop: Action methods for workplace conflicts

November23 - 242019

Action methods for workplace conflicts

Weekend Workshop (14 hours of training)

Much of our work with people involves the ability to work successfully in a group, whether this is a therapy group or a workplace group. This sociometry workshop will offer techniques to build safe cohesive groups, increase awareness on how to identify underlying dynamics within the group, and provide examples of sociometric interventions on how to address tensions or stagnations within a group. After attending this workshop, participants will be able to: 1. Identify factors which affect group cohesiveness. 2. Apply sociometric interventions to increase a group’s connection and functioning.

Dates:  November 23-24, 2019 (Sat 1p-9p; Sun 10a-4p)
Location : 370 King St W, Kingston, ON K7L 2X4
