Workshop: Healing Core Emotions

July7 - 102019

Healing Core Emotions

Four-Day Workshop (30 hours of training)

Do you ever feel that your life is ruled by deep fears, anxiety, grief, shame or anger? Are important life choices dictated by rising tide of emotional woundedness instead of a balanced place? The objective of this worshop is to help you take back your choices and freedom to choose. We will use action methods such as psychodrama, gestalt and medicine wheel teachings to identify and process emotions in a positive way. Participants of any level of experience are welcomed, and as always, are actively solicited. There will be ample opportunities to take roles, direct and to practice self-care.

Dates:  July 7-10, 2019 (Sun 6-9p; Mon & Tue 9a-8:30 p; Wed 9a-1p)
Location : Grace Anglican Church 88-94 Ottawa Ave, South River, ON P0A 1X0
