Creativity in Action: Using Psychodrama in Your Practice

Psychodrama is a group experiential method that can also be used effectively with individuals, couples and families. One of the basic premises of this approach is that by exploring our interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts in action, we can create new ways to deal with old problems and discover adequate solutions for new problems. In this workshop, we will use real life experiences to introduce some of the basic elements of psychodrama and sociometry. We will explore how some of the psychodramatic techniques and ways of thinking can be incorporated into your own practice. No previous psychodrama experience necessary.
