Spontaneity and Creativity – Exploring a Philosophy of Psychodrama

One-Day Workshop (7 hours of training)

JL Moreno, the founder of psychodrama conceptualized how it is necessary for us to engage in continuous renewal to move toward wholeness, individually as well as collectively. He brought to our attention the significance of Spontaneity and Creativity to craft new responses to ourselves and our situations. We will explore this core philosophy and how the psychodramatic method grew out of this thinking. No previous psychodrama experience necessary.
